Why are there two different processes offered for customization?

We offer two mature techniques: embroidery and heat transfer printing. While embroidery is well-known, heat transfer printing excels at displaying custom graphics, catering to diverse customer preferences.

Why can embroidery only be customized with text?

Embroidery has very high requirements for patterns. In order to prevent customers from providing complex images that cannot be customized and to provide a better shopping experience, we currently only support text embroidery customization.

Will the printing effect be poor due to providing images that are not very high-definition?

Yes, better image clarity can improve print quality. Of course, if necessary, we will refine the images you provide to make them perfect for a better shopping experience. We will also provide services for beautifying images
